Once you have purchased your desired program package and/ or discussed an individually tailored program from your initial consult with us, your program is then underway.
How does this work?
A link with your user name and login will be sent to the email address you provided. From here you will follow the prompts, entering all the data as requested. Your program will then be up loaded for you to start training. Easy as that!!
